In Honor of Steve Daniel
Steve and his wife Mary have been active volunteers since 2016 and avid supporters of K9s For Warriors' program and mission, starting when Steve retired after his Alzheimer’s diagnosis. They have raised five puppies for the organization: Delaney, Hero, Pearl, Coco, and Riggs who was recently placed with a veteran in October 2022. Steve’s family would appreciate your donation to help sponsor and name a puppy in his honor.

Determined to end veteran suicide, K9s For Warriors provides highly-trained Service Dogs to military veterans suffering from PTSD, traumatic brain injury and/or military sexual trauma. With the majority of dogs coming from high-kill rescue shelters, this innovative program allows the K9/Warrior team to build an unwavering bond that facilitates their collective healing and recovery.
